Full Plastics – ALP

The polyethylene protectors are molded in injection machines. Thread is molded or threaded by CNC. It takes relatively easy processes to finish the product with competitive costs. The big advantage of full plastic protectors is easy to be recycled, which makes it widely used in countries that put strict regulations on environment protection.

SKY-E supplies three different ALP thread protectors to adapt to different requirement on protection: Heavy Duty, Standard Duty, Light Duty
All the heavy duty plastic protectors meet API 5CT 9th Edition specification. 
Standard Duty is our most cost efficient solution to meet short term thread protection needs.
